The guys have just completed our installation in South West France of 16 windows and different doors amazing! Our initial enquiry was mid-March, site visit end March, Devi and drawings early April install 18 July completion 20 July. (Actually, arrived on the evening of 19 July to unload and prepare then arrived back at before 7.00am to commence on the hottest day of the year so far! Every aspect was extremely professional, communication excellent standard of workmanship and quality of product brilliant. Would highly recommend I feel my house was cleaner when they had finished than before! Thank you, guys, and all the best!

Excellent company. Very professional guys and value for money and advised on the best options for our installation. They kept us completely informed on the progress of our order and when installation was likely to take place which was in a very timely manner. On the day of installation, they arrived promptly and were extremely clean, tidy with an excellent attention to detail. We are

We’re absolutely happy with our new door. What a complete change from dark, cold and wet hallway. Now it’s warm, cozy and bright. We live in town and on the main road, whatever weather we get, our old door can’t cope. When it rains, we get the water, when it’s hot the door expands – we can’t close it properly, when it’s cold we have to use a good force to lock it and when there’s fete de musique (pre covid) in town, we hear it all and some people in the middle of the night often try to push the door as well, as they can see there’s a gap. Now it’s just bliss and we feel safe. Thank you very much again George, such a kind lad and of course to Jay, always replying on our inquiries.

We used UPVCMaster for replacement windows and a door, they were probably the cleanest tradesmen we have ever used, constantly cleaning as they worked. George the fitter worked like a trojan and was a real perfectionist despite the challenges presented by an old stone house with no proper right angles and some real challenging sills and stonework. Really pleased with the quality of the windows and the workmanship/finish.

I don’t normally do many reviews but felt it could be helpful to others in this case. The job: we recently bought a neighboring house to be able to care for elderly in laws. Both us and the in laws have been living in France for around 20 years but they are now in their 90s and need a bit of help. The house obviously needed updating and renovating. Part of this was to replace metal framed single pane windows and doors throughout. Plus, a version of a “outdoor room”. My fears: we searched for quotes from both French and other suppliers and met with UPVC Master as part of that. To be absolutely honest, we liked their obvious knowledge, benefitted from their advice saving money on their knowledge and in the end “took a bit of a punt” for us and ordered with them. Given that we didn’t know them and they were not local, it was potentially a risk. The results: Put it this way, I said after installation this week that “I cannot think of a single thing that could have been better” to my wife. They maintained contact throughout, turned up when they were supposed to, fitted things in no time with attention to every detail (a whole house, doors and windows in two days), liaised well with our main builder who we do know and who was impressed. They also took the rubbish with them, left things spotless and in addition were a pleasure to meet. Summary: if anyone has the same reticence that I expressed above in “My Fears”, don’t. I cannot possibly have asked for more and at a massively competitive price for really good quality product and service. I would personally be happy to provide a reference to anyone who is considering using these guys anytime. Hope this helps others
